Renting an advertising balloon should mean you never touch a helium tank. Ours works that way: we bring it, we fill it, we watch the weather, and we take it down.
What renting actually includes
This is not a drop-off. We supply the balloon or blimp, the helium, the installation, the weather monitoring and the removal. Your staff does nothing at any point.
That matters because the two reasons balloons stop flying are both about labour. Either nobody has time to fill it, or nobody wants to be the person who decides whether today is too windy. We take both of those off your desk.
The rate
One rate for every customer. It does not matter whether you run one location or ten, and there is no negotiating and no tiers. Our fixed costs for helium, equipment, trucks, trailers and labour are constant, so the price is constant. We would rather say that plainly than pretend there is a deal to be had.

Weather is our problem, not yours
If the balloon is down for weather, there is no charge. That is the whole policy.
We watch the forecast and we make the call. Over 25 miles per hour and it comes down, because wind is what takes balloons. You do not have to learn that rule, monitor it, or argue about it on a Saturday morning.
Terms, said plainly
Week to week. No contract, no minimum, stop any time.
Billing goes out every Monday for the weekend just completed. It is a weekend product and you pay for the weekends you actually flew. If you want to skip a weekend, skip it.
One local builder currently runs four of our blimps every weekend on exactly this arrangement.
Where we can and cannot go
Service covers greater Phoenix and Tucson only. Our trucks and crew have to physically reach you, and we will not promise coverage we cannot deliver.
If you are outside that area, buying is the better answer and we will tell you so rather than sell you something that does not work. A 13-foot blimp is $1,526 with artwork on both sides and ships anywhere in the continental United States.
